    Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using TableTells, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

    Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily use TableTells for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

    This license shall not allow you to:

    • Modify or copy the materials
    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
    • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
    • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

    Content Guidelines

    When using TableTells, you agree to:

    • Keep interactions respectful and appropriate for all players
    • Not use the app to harass, bully, or harm others
    • Follow the safety guidelines and skip/veto inappropriate prompts
    • Not attempt to circumvent Company Mode safety features

    Company Mode Terms

    Organizations using Company Mode agree that:

    • The service is provided "as is" for team building purposes
    • Content is curated for workplace safety but individual discretion is advised
    • No liability is assumed for interpersonal dynamics during gameplay
    • Event codes are single-use and non-transferable

    Purchases & Refunds

    All premium pack purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues or accidental purchases within 14 days.

    Disclaimer

    The materials on TableTells are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

    Limitations

    In no event shall TableTells or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TableTells, even if TableTells or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

    Modifications

    TableTells may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
